Office Information

Appointments:

Patients are seen for office visits and procedures by physician referral between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. Our office does not take calls by telephone until 8:30 a.m., however, you can reach our answering service prior to that time in the case of an emergency.

Please contact our “open access” patient care coordinator at 961-1102 for more information about our “open access” cancer screening colonoscopy services.

Locations:

We have one office location and Endoscopy Unit location at 885 Kempsville Rd., Suite 114 in Norfolk on the first floor of the Amelia Building. Our office Endoscopy Unit is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc.

Prescriptions:

Please call your pharmacy for most refills. Or you may contact your physician’s nurse by calling our office at 466-0165, selection #4, between the hours of 8:30-4:30, Monday - Friday. Please allow 48 hours for a prescription refill. Our physicians will not fill medications on the weekends unless it is a valid emergency. If you have not seen your physician in over a year, you may be required to make an office visit before we can refill your medication. This is due to any health issues that may have changed since you were last seen by your physician.

After Hours:

Our regular office telephone hours are 8:30-4:30, Monday-Friday. After hours, you can reach our answering service by calling 466-0165, stay on the line and you will be connected to our answering service. Or you may reach the answering service directly by calling 451-3802. In the event of a life threatening emergency, call 911 and go to the emergency room.
