Billing Information

Our Billing Department can be reached by calling our office at 466-0165, selection #6, during our regular office hours 8:30-4:30 Monday-Friday. We have certified insurance coders on hand to answer questions about your insurance claim or bill.

Insurance Coverage:

We participate with most major insurance carriers and HMO’s. We file all insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. The following is a list of carriers that we participate with, however, this may be subject to change at any time:

• Medicare Advantage PFFS Plans
• Medicaid of Virginia and North Carolina
• Tricare Standard
• Southern Health Services, Inc.
• Coventry Healthcare
• Mailhandlers
• Metro Machine
• Virginia Health Network
• Multiple commercial plans - call for information
• United Healthcare, Effective 5-1-08

Non-insured/Self Pay Information:

Please contact our Billing Department for more information concerning payment arrangements if you do not have insurance coverage or are self-pay.

Collections:

Your account may become delinquent and subject to collection action if we do not receive payment from you within 90 days of your first billing statement or as agreed in a specific payment arrangement.
